Not accessible by car, so less crowded, and no beach bars. A bit of a trek (20 mins on a steep path) if you don't go by boat but totally worth it.
and an interesting climb, not for the faint hearted. In later September there may or may not be a water taxi alternative. Nudity was not a problem!
Definitely worth doing, take someone you like or love, and have a ball till you get sick of it! Best time was early morning or late afternoon..
For me is the beast beach in Lefkada, calm clean water, turquoise color, not many people on the beach, its good that you have a pat from Agios NIkitas to the Milos beach and the view when you claim to the top is great, but if you want can take a taxy boat for 3 euro per person so avoid claiming.
A clear wild beach with great shinny rocks.Use the taxi boat from Agios Nikitas! It is one of the 3 beautiful beaches from Lefkada
loved this little beach, bit hard to find, definitely worthwhile, will have to visit again soon. Didn't like the quality of people around though-seems lefkas now has 'poor tourists'...
From the picturesque village of Agios Nikitas, worth visiting with its pedestrian area full of taverns where you can have a meal surrounded by cats (this is also an attraction!) and small shops, you wouldn’t know which beach to choose. The one in Agios Nikitas, so fine and sandy, with crystal clear waters, was the one I preferred, and you can swim with the fish – so lovely! Once in the water, you can have a Scottish shower in the right area (there are springs in the sea, some of them cold!) There is a café with great coffee named On the Rock, with a splendid view over the small bay. From the beach, you can take the Milos Express taxi boat to Milos Beach (or take a 35 minutes walk, but we took the boat, 3 euros per person each way, and arrived in no time). Beautiful large beach, and such turquoise waters! A pleasure to be there, but mind there is no shop, nor are there parasols, so take everything you need. Nearby, you can also enjoy Kathisma or Pefkoulia beaches (see reviews).
If you like a quiet beach with the nicest wiew and bluest water this is the place. With or without clothes.
Sandy, with very nice water color. No infrastructure, though. No sunbeds, no cafes.Reachable by foot through beautiful nature (20 min walk from Agios Nikitas, up/down hill with shade from trees) or by boat from Ag Nikitas beach.
love to visity this beach, its awesome, clear waters, nice surroundings and nature, always a fav! Only downside is the trip to get there..
