Located in the Sheraton Hotel - this is a great option within walking distance of the Hampton Inn and Seneca Casino for a nice change of pace! It is a chain restaurant and well represented in terms of quality of the food, presentation and the options. The service was friendly and efficient. Comfort is a bit lacking in terms of the chairs and restaurant was cool in temperature causing some of the older guests to keep their winter coats on whilst eating. Cobb Salad and Rib dinner were tasty indeed and good value.

It's real simple. You are either a witness to bad service, or victim of it. It's too bad, because the food is great. Dirty floor. People leaving because they sit and wait ten minutes for a drink. Bathroom is like something from a saw movie. But, the food Is good. Maybe they will get it all right someday. It's a shame. Because for some people, Fridays is a night out. Standing in a pool of Urine is not my idea of a night out.
