Snotty personnel whenever we had contact with them. Little common sense employed, especially by the parking attendants for the over priced no in and out "privileges". If I had to attend an event there, I would; but if I had my choice of choosing a venue, this would be near the bottom of my list.
Friendly staff. Good climate control. Well laid out. Quality sound system. Recommend returning. Okay. Now I am just writing because this site wants fifty characters even though I already used fifty characters.
It is true! There doesn't appear to be a bad seat! We had a great family treat today at the Barnum and Bailey Circus. The staff at the arena were fast, courteous and professional. restrooms are both clean and plentiful. The only downside was the prices on parking ($10), food, novelties, etc. j
Why can't they have more chairs! This show is attended by mostly 50+ people. Needed chairs around the walls inside the exhibit area and outside in the main floor halls. And needed more in-center food options since there is nothing close by.
the location was within walking distance to my hotel.Just a short walk and your there.A nice walk after you've had a free breakfast at the ayers hotel.
The Ontario Convention Center was a nice venue for an expo that I recently attended. On the day of my visit, the cost to park was $10.00, which is not outrageous these days. I arrived early so I was lucky enough to park in Lot A. The lots close to the building fill up quickly. There is, however, another parking area across a very busy street. I had to park there last year when all nearby lots were full. The building exterior is architecturally blah and the landscaping is boring. The inside common areas are bright and airy with lots of space to move around. You are not allowed to bring food or drink (including water) into the facility. I noticed that there is an area where food can be purchased. OCC can be easily accessed from Interstate 10. There are several hotels and a few restaurants nearby. The convention center staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, this venue serves it's purpose.
Another great quilt show. The vendors were fantastic and the quilts spectacular. The exhibit of the CA State Parks was my favorite. Shiela Frampton-Coopers exhibit was very interesting and brought a lot of attention to her form of quilt art.
everything was great . but my day went to fast . i cant wait to go again and this time i will dedicate 2 days . to get to see everything .
Awesome quilting convention, love the building premises and atrium area. But previous reviewer is right! Need more food choices, and more chairs inside with the vendors. How about allowing food carts outside?
This was our first year at this new venue for us. I could not have been more pleased. The facility, and the staff were perfect.... !
