This winery in just south of Ashland, Oregon has excellent wines, award winning wines to choose from. With their newly expanded patio the seating is perfect for the beautiful view around them. They also support local artists by hanging their art in their large tasting room. If you like wine tasting and friendly service be sure to stop at Weisinger's. You will love it.
Loved it! Was the best of all the winery's we visited in that region. Great setting, great staff, lovely touches throughout (honeybees/tour of the barrels, fab outside seating area etc) very reasonably priced and best of all-great tasting wine! We were visiting a good friend living in Ashland and we'll definitely be back.
Wonderful wine, staff was very engaging. Great outdoor setting and seating. Would be a nice place to hold a small event.
Well, everything. The views, the wine, the locale & the people. Put this on your So. Oregon wine country visit list.
Host was knowledgeable and the 'flight' tasting was good. But, fruit flies were distracting and indicate cleanliness is not up to par. Did not buy, not will I return.
Enjoyed our visit to the winery. They were doing a small crush when we arrived, that was a bonus. The grounds are pretty. Nice views of the valley.Enjoyed quite a few of their wines, we must have, we bought 7 bottles. Knowledgeable staff, pretty space, good prices.
First, we walked in and waited for about 5 minutes before anyone even noticed we were there. Host came down and was talking on his cell the whole time, gave us a sort of wave and continued to chat on his phone. Got around to tasting, he hardly provided any information on the wines and absolutely nothing on the vineyard or the history of the place. The whole time we felt as though we were inconveniencing him and intruding, wines weren't particularly exciting either. Of all the vineyards in the area, there are way way better options, you're not missing out by skipping this one.
Coming from California and visiting Wine Country several times a year, we were pleasantly surprised by Oregon's wine trails. This was a great little winery that was open seven days a week. There is an $8 tasting for the full flight, or $5 for the red only or white only. The fee is waved with a purchase of three bottles of wine. The Petite Pompador was our favorite.
The setting for this winery is pleasant enough, and our server was very nice. Full tasting cost 8 dollars, which is a bit steep. We did not care that much for the wines, so did not make a purchase. If younare in the area with the time and do not mind dropping 16 dollars for a couple, pay it a visit.
Visited with my daughter late morning during the week for wine tasting. The winery advertises a great view which is a bit of an overstatement. There is a lovely 2 level deck outside with plenty of seating but the hedges obstruct a lot of the view. The hedges are there so that you can't see the freeway which is just below, but unfortunately you can still hear it.The wine tasting had a nice selection but $8 for a full tasting of all the reds and whites is a little pricey. Granted we tasted over 10 wines, at which point who knows what you really like! We both found a wine we liked for purchase. The service was OK but the staff seemed more interested in talking to each other. There are several wineries in the area for tasting. This would not be at the top of my list for a return visit.
