不知道为什么Khan Shatyr也被列在景点里,这是一个购物中心……不过建筑确实挺有特点的,前两年刚建成。内部和中国或者西方的购物中心没什么区别,国际品牌的专卖店不少。就是各类商店以及餐厅。
Khan Shatyr is a very unusually shaped shopping center, but with good quality shops. Different than only the high street brands. The center is spacious and has enough variety in sops, cafe and restaurants. Many times there are activities for children and adults.A pleasant place to shop and recover from shopping.Remember to take a look forward when exiting the shopping center....the view is amazing! ;-)
This is supposed to be the top mall in Astana, but it is really quite expensive and overly crowded. The top level is a gaming and swimming area, but be careful not to lose your children. Suggest if you are going for the shopping experience to pass on this one.
I like going to khan shatyr, because there are a big choice of shopping. For me, it is one of the best malls in Astana. Also, big variety of restaurants. Not only junk food, but "home food " too. Many riders for children and teenagers, for example sky beach. I think it's the first beach in Astana, which is on a high level.Next, what I like is a good parking and food market.Anyway, there are a high amount of cons. Everywhere big queues and people come for nothing. They just sitting and take someone's place. Sometimes assistants of some shops do not come on time, while u asking them.
If you like shopping in a place which could be anywhere in the world with stores that you'll find everywhere in the world then this is for you - with the added benefit of deafening noise and unbearable heat. The architecture is intriguing but that's all that I can say in its favour!
It's a wild building, a cone built on a slant. It's a standard shopping center once you get inside, with the same stores that you will find in any modern high-class city, so nothing new there. But there's a free-fall ride that takes a dozen people to the top of a tall pillar, and let's them drop in free-fall. Not for me, but there were others taking the ride! There's a pretty standard food court arrangement where we had a good pizza. CLEAN BATHROOMS, with paper products!
Khan Shatyr is in modern part of Astana. In the building (looks like as a tent) many shops, restaurants and attraction for children (mainly). Toillets is not good. Toillets are hard to find. System of escalatores is strange. At one point, the stairs up and other point, the stairs down. There is a " send-beach" and swimming pool.Khan Shatyr is very nice at night. Lights make very interesting atmosphere. I recommend visit by night or evening.
I was staying close to the mall and decided to go down there a couple of times.. The mall is really modern with brand name shops and gets really crowded during weekend.. It has some attractions for children as well as an indoor artificial beach.. The food court options are fairly limited and it could be challenging at times to find a seat there..
Astana, Kazakhstan has some wonderful - or at least unique - architecture, especially in the newer part of the city, the part referred to as the left bank. Khan Shatyr is one of Astana's architectural wonders.Khan Shatyr is at one end of a long plaza that starts at the Presidential Palace and ends at a park in front of Khan Shatyr. From the outside, it looks like a huge tent. Inside, shops and cafes line an outer ring on the first two floors and line a large center open area where events are often held. The third floor is a food court, but the inner ring overlooks the central open area below.Above the food court is a dinosaur park and an aquatic spa (for lack of a better term).Walk through this amazing mall at night and look up to see the colors shining against the translucent ceiling, especially if you look up from the very center of the first floor.Yeah, it's a shopping mall, but it's one of the "must-see" places in this amazing Central Asian capital.
This is for sure a very sofisticated design, but the quality of workmanship is disgusting. Its nothing else as a big shopping mall with the usual brands, without any soul as the city itself.
