My 3 and 5 year olds loved it. It is by no means comparable in size to the Portland's children museum , but this one would do the job . it is educational and good enough for the kids to spend few hours. on some occasions , they may have special events such as an evening music concert.
This place was not good enogh to go with my kids, paying such big money. It looks just a place for parents to spend more time for their shopping. If your kids are under six or seven and you have lots of money, this could be your choice.
Fun place for small children - ours are 2 and 5. They especially love the water features where they can play with boats and balls, build elaborate pipe structures and experiment with changing the flow of water.
Lots for kids to explore. And they are constantly updating activities. Making it nice to return to. It is a great place to bring kids when shopping at the Factoria Mall. Not a large facility and can fill up quickly.
Indoor, clean, colorful fun for little ones - a perfect place to burn up energy and spend rainy days. Compared to the Olympia Children's Museum (the best!), this one is very small and cramped. It's best for the real little ones, definitely under 5 or 6. Parking is plentiful if you arrive early. Location is just so-so - inside a mall, and it's quite dark in there.
Great place for young kids. They have a special section for under 3, a water section, tree house, and airplay. I wouldn't take children over 6, they tend to go through everything really fast.
This is a must gift for the kids and grandkids each year. It is one gift that I know everyone will enjoy and use! How often can you say that about a present. Can't even count how many times we have been to this facility. Teaching kids through activity is a lasting method. In fact, I have taught myself a few things....smiles and giggles all around.
Went with our three year old. He had a GREAT time, and we have done children's mus., all over the country. Tis one is small, but very well kept and after about 2.5 hours determined it was time for a nap.
I visited with my older middle and younger preschool kids. This is definitely oriented towards the preschool crowd and there wasn't that much to interest the middle school children. The museum is about the size of a large shoe store, so it is small in size as far as museums are concerned. Several of the exhibits like the crank to move ping pong balls to the top of exhibit didn't appear to be working and didn't seemed to have been working for a long time. Kid's improvise by tossing the balls to the top, but these things really should be fixed.
This is one of the best places for the kids in Bellevue area to spend quality time. Have lot of things in the museum for the kids to play and learn. Maintained very clean and is present inside the factoria mall. I have visited this place multiple times with my family,
