A lot of servers, you never had to wait for a drink, and plenty of games to choose from. Definitely we will be back, even though we weren't winners.
I have been to Bethlehem many times and had sometime to kill so went over to theCasino to see what it was like. It appeared to be in a revitalized steel mill which added some mystique to the visit. Unlike most of the showy casinos in Vegas or Atlanticcity this one appeared a little drab and dark.We were there on a weekday so it was only at about half capacity of gamblers most ofwhichcame on busses andsat at slot machines. There is a smoking side and non smoking but the ventilation wa not doing a good job and we left smelling like cigarettes. We ate in the Ironworks restaurant. The service was excellent but food just average.
Very large, lots of slots and tables. Good restaurant choices but disappointed in Carnegie Deli(good service, bad menu,so so food). Shopping Outlets right there. Could have more housekeeping staff.
I went on a Tuesday night for dinner at Emeril's Chophouse and to watch a show. Both experiences at Emeril's and the show were very favorable. However the casino experience itself was not as positive. To start off, it was SOOOO smokey in there. If this is something that bothers you then you should avoid this place. I've been to A.C. when smoking was allowed many years ago and it never felt dense and thick of smoke smell like this casino. Surprisingly though, Emeril's is located on the non smoking slot side and the air is so much better in the restaurant and did not bother me at all while eating. On a Tuesday night, the lowest blackjack table that I saw was $15, the rest were $20 tables. I'm not big gambler so I was looking for a lower minimum to stretch my play time. I never sat down for blackjack because every table had multiple smokers with ash trays on the table. I will return to go to Emeril's but not for the casino. Parking was not an issue for me on a Tuesday night. Plenty of free parking in their parking deck.
The chinese are always sleeping on the slots and clean themselves in the bathrooms. Shave and take showers in the sinks. Half of the slot machines are broken. They are very tight and don't pay out the legal percentage except one lucky man that everyone knows. Every time he walks into the casino with a plastic bag in his pocket and always wins a lot. We play the same machine and never win. The security is so bad they follow you everywhere, even into the bathroom. The managers don't know what they are doing. There are more managers than customers. We will let you know now that the manager response will dispute this post and try to make themselves look like angels.
I really enjoyed the selection of newer interactive games. The atmosphere was busy but we still had the opportunity to play. The only bad thing was the smoking. I did notice there were "designated" smoke areas, however, I did not see anyone following these rules. Overall a great visit.
This casino, once a very enjoyable place to be at, is now one of the worst I've ever experienced. Not only is the casino floor overcrowded, the machines do not pay at all. Bonus rounds (if any) really suck. I am so disgusted with the overcrowding, the sore lack of security, when it cones to crowd control, and especially the crappy payouts of the slot machines. Ever since these idiots who run this Bethlehem casino decided to bus these low lives to this once nice establishment, this place has really deteriorated in every way. I even went to get something to eat at the Food Court, where no tables were available with people just sitting there not eating. This should never be allowed. The bathrooms are also disgustingly dirty and unsanitary. I really hope Sands gets their act together and stops busing in the Chinese and they will see a marked improvement. Guaranteed!!!!!!
Nice little casino and shopping mall. Reasonably priced entertainment, free parking. Nice selection of Upscale restaurants, but expensive.
This place is awesome, friend and i have never been their before, i have heard of it but it was worth the trip and not that far.We ate at the one restraunt their it was a little pricey but it was like i always say a experience so it didn't hurt so bad. The parking was not so kind to us but we finally got a spot when a couple let us know to follow them for thier spot and then when we left we did the same to others coming . We enjoyed the atmosphere and the spaciousness of the casino , we, we enjoyed the choices of the diff slots that we had never played or see before, it was a clean well kept casino, staff was friendly for the most part, resraunts clean ,we tried to turn a card in that we found at our machine of someones to a staff member and he just looked at us as if we were dumb but over all things were great, we did get a snack outside of the casino at the food court loved it... i have recommended this place to other friends the night life we were impressed with , we def. will be going their for casino time, for a change of where we usually go , not too far and parking we can deal with. We say its worth the trip and we did leave with money .
After spending much time in Vegas this small casino in Bethlehem does not stack up. But, if you want a casino'ish experience, do not want to walk 2 miles (inside) as some Vegas hotels, this may be the place for you. A little bling, several types of games, and restaurants right off of the one floor facility. One word of caution, it can really be smoky!!Restaurants are all pretty good, the Steak house is worth it! The Irish Pub is good for a fun beer and bar food.
