We swam in the aquatic park. It was clean and well supervised. The changing areas have lockers for which you can rent locks for $1. Towel rental is also $1. The family changing area has lockers with locks already in them. They have a water extractor for your bathing suit so that it isn't dripping wet when you leave. There are two indoor pools and two hot tubs, one inside and one outside. The shallow pool has a slide that is okay for kids but still fun for adults. This pool is kept warmer than the lap pool. Both pools have basketball hoops and the shallow pool also has water sprinklers and a mini whirlpool and mini lazy river. We were there with 4 adults, an 11 year old, 5 year old and 1 year old. Everyone had a great time! It's not cheap, but then nothing in Breckenridge is!!
Visiting with my children Met one great counselor for my kids His name was Matt K. If you need a great person to help with your kids during spring break, I would highly recommend this young man.Everyone is very helpful but this Matt K. was terrific

this place rocks for a rec center- you have everything..the only thing i noticed is bc it is a small town- come early for cycling/spin class and be ready to be seen as the outsider. with a certain number of bikes- this place seems like you need to be elected into the spin cult club but otherwise...i could always get an eliptical..things were clean
It cost over $60 for 4 adults and 1 child to use the pool. they facilities are great but its too expensive for people to use all the time.
If you want to take a break from skiing and do something active inside, then this is your place. The leisure pool, complete with water slide, kids love it!The lap pool is nice as well as the hot tubs. A good diversion from being outside all the time.
I wanted to keep active while on vacation and I took a swim for $15. It was a nice pool, nice facility, but I think charging $15 for a pass is outlandish. I'll bring running shoes next time.
Usually not a worthwhile stop but this is worth the stop. It is informative and educational. Every thing you want to know about the area and its history!
There are many things to do here, swim (can do laps, 2 basketball goals to shoot at in the water, big slide for kids), indoor and outdoor hot tub, fitness center, and more. You can do racket ball and tennis, but there may be some charges with reserving court time. Towel rental is $1. You can rent lockers, but not sure the cost. An all day pass is $15, and for Breck, that's a great value for hours of entertainment. They have laps for the swimming pool, and for awhile they brought out a rope that kids could swing on and drop off in the pool. The reason this place gets 5 stars is it's a cheap value for hours of fun. While you can do these activities nearly anywhere and they aren't specific to Breck, it was a fun day spent there for not a lot of money.
The rec center has adult Olympic size pool for lap swim; a kiddie pool with small slide for little ones; a mid-size pool with bi slide for older kids (and adults). It also has wall climbing, steam room, whirl pool... A very clean and nice indoor facility that we wish we could visit more than once. (It does charge fee for the use of the facility) Life guards are on duty when the facility is open.
