Ask for la tripleta monchito , best coffee, best sweets, sometimes a line forms but worth it, not opened sundays
Let Don Hilton take you back to a time when you could get the best coffee at the traditional town square kiosk. He takes his time and each cup is truly a work of art. He's a throw back and a true original. You will stand in line gladly and wait your turn to get great coffee and traditional PR treats. His personal touch is refreshing in these days of starbucks grab and go no eye contact transactions.
Very nice coffe shop. Interesting sweets for sweetsweettooth. Special sandwich was tasty if you will add tomato it will be perfect!
My husband and I stopped here while we waited for my mother and daughters, who were shopping in the area. We had a large coffee and some bread. The coffee was by far the best we have had so far. Strong and flavorful. It was a nice place to just sit and enjoy the scenery.
Probably the best coffee I have ever had. Its right on the square in Cabo Rojo so you can enjoy your java and enjoy people watching and the colonial architecture.
Great coffe and "bocadillo". has all kind of candy desserts/pastries very hard to find these days. Very laid back, not in a hurry service that will preffer to talk with customer rather than move customers in volume.... this means that if there are more than 3-4 persons in line, don't stop if in a hurry!! If you can stop, you will be pleased, guarranteed.
Waited for over a half an hour for mediocre coffee. Watched the surly old man behind the counter berate customers before us. Only to be served by one of the most miserable human beings I've ever encountered. Don't bother.
