Greetings 200anacristina,Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we always appreciate feedback from our guests. We are disappointed to hear that your experience was less than perfect due to the temperature of the dining room. We try our best to regulate the room temperature, accounting for the both the extreme cold outside as well as the many bodies inside the dining room.We wish we would have known that our guests were feeling chilly - we absolutely would have turned up the heat! This time of year especially, the temperature difference between the tropical Conservatory (upwards of 25 degrees Celsius) and the dining room is heightened, so again we apologize. We would love to have you back again to enjoy the warmth of the Conservatory - on us this time! Please contact us via email, info@cambridgebutterfly.com so we can set you up with some admission passes.
Thank you for taking the time to review Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory. It is certainly a great place to unwind, especially this time of year. The Conservatory is absolutely a great place for a romantic date, in fact our Valentine's Day Dinner and Stroll is coming up! You need to make reservations, but we'd love to have you back!
It's warm, humid atmosphere takes you to a tropical paradise for an afternoon or day. It's a great learning experience. It's Fascinating seeing how butterflies go through their stages. So amazing having them land right on you and all the other wildlife.
Great learning experience for children and a chance to see the butterflies in their own environment. It is very warm and humid inside and the butterflies will actually land on you and the children love this.

You can easily kill 2 hours here, chatting and getting to know someone on a date in this unique environment a stone's throw out of the city.Great place to bring kids, old folks and dates alike. It's not as big or comprehensive as some of the conservatories in Niagara Falls, but it's a great place for the Region of Waterloo.
A great place to visit, for young and old. Well presented, with easy access, parking, and even on-site café. Well worth a look!
