In Emilia, th heart of Italian food tradition, this is the place where you would like to find yourself eating. Tradition starts form the dress of waiters (black trousers, white tie, white jacket and black papillon) that reminds scenes of the popular sixties Italian realism cinema to the simple environment to end up with the food. Freshly sliced mortadella and parmesan the must appetisers and then cappelletti and bollito. Wash it down with Lanbrusco and you are "traditionalised" for good. If you don't have enough th house offers an interesting selection of deserts, all home made.Very good value for money.
Quaint spot with excellent home made pasta and a wonderful meat trolley. Very friendly staff! Full bar with lots of affordable wines!
This is the fortress where Heinrich IV had to start in 1077 the mortifying and legendary way to Canossa to submit to the pope.
Meglio altri castelli in zona. Rossena in primis.
