This is a knock-off to The Walk in Coral Springs BUT BETTER. Nice and safe neighborhood hang-out place for young adults and adults alike. The stores and restaurants are affordable and of course, Starbucks is there. It's a neighborhood gem that's perfect to just hang-out if you want to be outdoors and there's nothing else to do but you don't want to stay home.
This place is great for shopping, dining anything...Ate at the greek place and it was fantastic, took a walk over to the guitar place then window shopping ended at Starbucks...great place.
Love the shops there and the restaurants, coffee shop, etc.Great place to stroll around or just sit and chat with friends.
Went today for the Disney and South Florida Parenting event. Our son had a blast with all the crafts, bounce houses, rock climbing and loved the padded jousting things where he got to knock down dad! I know this isn't there all the time but the seem to do a lot of events focused on kids and they're usually a lot of fun. Would check out any future events they do here.
The promenade is a great little hangout in coconut creek.... Many choices of restaurants. A great choice is a small crepe place! Get the one with. Chocolate and cheesecake inside... It is called "to die for". The restaurants are all a little pricey for what u get but the places are all new and super clean. There is a Starbucks, ice cream shop, and cupcake store for the kids in everybody. For the hewn ups a "world of beer" and a specialty wine bar. Give this place a try... You will have a great time in a Pretty surrounding.
We are big fans of Ethnos Greek Bistro, Saito's, Muffuleta/160º and Lime Mexican Grill. It still seems like they are missing a decent family "sit-down wait on you" type of restaurant (Muffuleta is probably the closest to that but it is a counter service style eatery-but it is very good and we do frequent there a lot;-) The stores are mostly boutique style stores that are "pricey". There is not much geared towards teens. They do have a Justice and Claires which is seems to be geared more toward the tween market but then they jump to the more upscale oriented Banana Republic/Coldwater Creek crowd. There isn't much for the more "hip" crowd other than Charming Charlie. It just seems like you can walk through the Promenade quickly and you've seen it all.. like it's missing something.
Great and clean easy parking. Many places to eat and drink. Beautifully laid out with a relaxing atmosphere.
