Climb the tower and take a panoramic photo during the fall and you will have a great palette of colors. If you are lucky, you might find an eagle flying around or dipping in the water quickly for his dinner of the day. Every year I visit the Park and almost every year climb the tower. There are also many other Kodak locations in the park.
Gorgeous vantage point to see the area. Definitely a highlight of our stay here. Well worth the climb!
Our group of friends have stopped many times at the Tower, especially since we go in the Fall when the leaves are changing. It's a great way to get some pictures. There are different levels you can stop and rest and look out at the water and trees. If you are not out of breath and your knees don't hurt, the final landing at the top is great.
With its top soaring above the tree tops, Eagle Tower is the closest thing to flying over Door County. No matter in what direction you turn the sights are just beautiful! But don't just drive to the tower, walk or bike; the reward is more significant!
Don't be scared, get on up there. Thousands do! It's an easy climb with a great view of the park, bays, Ephraim & the harbor. bring your camera on up!
Great place to see the beautiful fall colors! Great trails for biking and hiking. Bring your camera!
My husband and I were biking through the state park and made a special stop to climb the tower. Of course the view is spectacular. It is marked with what sites you are viewing. It's a long, narrow climb but worth the extra time and energy!
It is high up but there are different floors to get off on and enjoy the climb at your own pace! It is very solid and sturdy!
I visit Door County about six times every year and climb Eagle Tower on each trip. The view from the top of the tower never gets old. The tower is open year round and the view changes with the seasons. You can take so many great photos and see pretty far from the top. It's a fun spot to create memories with families. We are very lucky to have this attraction in Wisconsin!
Great view of the bay and state park. Little cold and breezy in the winter but still a must-see in the park.
