An amazing historic opera house from the 1800's. Many famous have performed there. The local university had a show there and this low budget performance looked professional and higher budget.
Beautiful place to view movies, theater and musica events. Restored to its early life--just beautiful. Prices are very reasonable. Enjoy going to the movies --sorry no pop corn.
This is a very interesting venue where they show, plays independent movies and cultural events. The atmosphere is that of a turn of the century theatre, this coupled with their good selection of entertainment makes for a very enjoyable evening. Reasonably priced.
Beautifully restored theatre in the center of a sweet little village. Close to SUNY Fredonia. Movies, plays, theatre, performances - a gem with perfect site lines. This picture to the left - not the opera house, sorry!
It was easy to find, easy to park and the performance a one man play was wonderful, very friendly and comfortable.
We go there to watch movies that have been out for a while but we never got to see them. They are inexpensive and we always sit up in the balcony seats and the view is very good.
I grew up in Fredonia and when I was a teenager this was where we went to the movies. It's wonderful that someone has renovated the theater section of the building into a quasi 1890s setting. I've never been there when a production or movie was playing. I hear from others that the entertainment is good to great. It's so nice to see old buildings being put to new uses instead of being torn down.
This is a wonderful, hidden gem within the village of Fredonia. The venue is unexpected and fantastic once you're inside. It is very easy to drive by and never notice what is hidden behind the brick walls. The variety of entertainment from what movies to live performances his great. Wonderful addition to small-town life.
So nice to see a piece of history preserved! We enjoyed RUDOLF THE RED NOSED REINDEER with the children. An interactive play was fun for them and their Rudolf souvenir they stuffed them selves was enjoyed as well. A nice introduction to theater for kids.
