Always enjoy seeing the little old lady at the cash register. This is THE place to visit if you want to buy a Minie Ball for $25, or a sword, uniform, etc. Best artifacts in town. But they have not updated their book selection in 15 years. Still like to see the senior lady work the cash register
Challenging and beautiful. The course was perfectly groomed and you had beautiful homes to see along the course as well as the beautiful Gettysburg countryside. I had a great hamburger for lunch and everyone was very friendly.
Our daughter had her wedding reception at the Links. Everything was perfect! The location is very accessible to downtown Gettysburg, but also in a beautiful rural setting. The property is gorgeous for those once-in-a-lifetime wedding pictures. Our coordinator, Suzanne, and her staff were awesome and very attentive. The set up, both inside and outside, completely met our expectations. The food was terrific. We definitely recommend the Links for a special occasion. The day before the wedding many of our wedding party played golf and definitely recommend the course.
Enjoyable and challenging with plenty of water to avoid. We played in October and it was in excellent shape and not busy. The course was opened in 1999. The staff was very friendly and professional.
I really enjoyed playing this shotmaker's course. My wife and I played this course twice during our stay in Gettysburg and would love to play it sometime again. Please note that we saw two snakes on the course. The first was a copperhead that was a little over a foot in length. It was sunning itself on one of the greens that bordered water. The second was a 6 foot Black Eastern Rat snake the was also longing on one of the greens. They did not interrupt play and provided a great experience for us...especially my wife.
Have played here 4 times in the last 6 years. Great layout. Challenging from middle to back tees, a little less so from the "senior" tees. Enjoyable rounds!
Course layout challenging to novice to intermediate golfer. Fun, very well maintained course. Pace was good.
I played 3 rounds in one day here as part of the Solstice Survival Golf Tournament. I had been here for a wedding last fall and was excited to come back and play the course. It did not disappoint. The course was in great shape, the staff was very friendly, and the food served throughout the day was good. Even though it is an hour away from my house, I will be back.
I saw all the reviews but honestly, I thought White Tail Golf was a more challenging course than the Links.
A challenging course but a great value for the price. A number of holes have water but only a few force you to challenge it.
