We have lived in Coeur d' Alene for two years and this past weekend we took our grandson in to Triple Play for the first time. What a great place. This place is not an amusement rides park, like Silverwood, but a whole difference experience. For a very reasonable $43 or so kids can stay all day and play in the water park, take go cart rides, water ride, fabulous water slides, etc. It has a beautiful bowling alley (my husband and I will use in the future) and it is so clean and well kept. We can't wait to go back. Our grandson just used the go karts this time, since we didn't know what was actually there, and had a nice ride for $7.00. Nice snack facility etc. Would be great for party. What a great addition to the area. People were very nice too.
We had a blast here! Beware - if you do the bumper boats with your friends, you will get soaked! Go-karts were super fun - we probably went on them 8-10 times. Bowling was fun too. Laser tag was okay, but the room was quite small. You could definitely spend the day here!
Bowling alley, arcade and a pool with 4 big waterslides! Wow! I loved this place! Almost none of the arcade games were broken, the waterslides were so much fun, and my son had a blast at the bowling alley! I would strongly recommend this place to people staying at Holiday Inn
We took our 5 year old child to the water park one evening and had the place to ourselves. The waterslide with the donut/funnel feature is really fun. The waves in the pool were huge and ran every 15 minutes. The hot tub has sitting space inside and a tunnel to the outside. The dumping bucket in the kiddie pool is a bit loud and scary for young kids. We played in the arcade on our way out and won 88 tickets with ease. The prizes are typical dollar store cheap junk but are being enjoyed by our child. The indoor playground is small and entertained our child between video games. We did not use the mini golf, go karts, or bowling but they appeared to be undisturbed by the reno's.A fun place!
We always have a great time at Triple Play. The go karts are a lot of fun to drive. Who doesn't love bowling? The Lazer tag is small, but I had fun playing with my kids. My kids love the water park - it's a great activity in the winter time around here. They are currently under renovation and rumor has it they are adding a bigger climbing wall (yay!). All the attractions are open during renovation. Good family outing!
Was okay, but certainly not worth the $22 admission, plus tax. At least there were no lines for the 4 measly slides. Wouldn't ever go again. May have appreciated it more had we been able to get rooms at the adjoining hotel.
I definitely recommend making sure that you get your tickets on discount or part of a hotel package, it can be expensive as Raptor Reef tickets will not work at Triple Play. Overall you can do the water park and the outside attractions in one day. We enjoyed the arcade and the water slides. The go karts lost their appeal after one round. In reference to the laser tag, the room was very humid and the gear didn't work 80% of the time. If you want to partake in the mining attraction they offer you have to be prepared to bring extra money as that is not included in the admittance ticket. No elevator in the amusement park anywhere so if you're in a wheelchair or hauling a stroller this is not accessible. The water park has lockers available for rent if you don't mind paying every time you open the door, literally every time. Overall, for the cost and the amount of excitement, we will go to Silverwood the next time we travel up to Northern Idaho.
clean, good variety for 2-3 day escape, clean and good food(fast type) Courteous staff kid friendly!Bowling, arcade and water park were fun, The earlier you start the better to avoid the crowds.
For my oldest son's birthday we decided to go to the water park and if time, one of the attractions. The kids loved the water park and I loved that it didn't cost me anything to go in with them and watch, unlike other water parks in the area. It was my two sons and their friends. They decided to do the go carts. They had fun and we definitely got our monies worth, but I would recommend getting an entertainment book. Buy one get one for the water park, bowling and any attraction. Lots to do inside and out depending on the weather.
This hotel connected to this attraction is kid friendly +++. I would not stay here if you don't have kids. We booked at silverwood package which included silverwood tickets and passes to triple play and the water park. I priced out the item individually and this was a good savings IF you plan to spend a day at the hotel. Between the water park, bowling, golf, etc our kids were easily entertained for 6 hours and would have stayed longer if they could. They picked a day at triple play over a second day at silverwood. Free breakfast at the hotel is a plus and they do a good job for this level of hotel. My only suggestion for the watermark - better towels. They are tiny and feel like sandpaper. I would bring your own towels
