We drove by it a few times a day and hubby walked around the park track and said it was very nice. Beautifully maintained.
There is a nice trail leading from Unicoi Hill Park to Unicoi State Park. The trail is 3 miles but we opted to take it only a short distance. Well groomed trail which follows a creek for a distance.
This is an attractive city park in which to relax, picnic, and people-watch. Walking here is quite pleasant!
A nice park for when the streets get too congested -- especially for dogs and little ones. Just below the gazebo they've created a little waterfall, which is a nice touch. We saw a woman in a scooter able to whiz right up beside it and enjoy it!
We went up to Unicoi Hill Park to see what was up there, more of a kids playground, until we saw the board for what hikes were in the area, so we did one of the hikes which was very nice.
Awesome park, very clean, lots of fun playground equipment, the waterfall is cool, right downtown. Decorated beautifully for Christmas too! Nothing not to like about this fun park.
This park sits right in the middle of Helen Ga. A lovely alpine town in the Chattahoochee National Forest. This is a small city park with free parking. You can park here and walk the town of Helen. The park offers a small playground for young children and benches for the adults. There are clean restrooms nearby.
Came here after a day of hiking to let the kiddos run around. The kids LOVED this park. There are multiple contraptions for the kids to play on and plenty of seating for the parents (love the bench swings). There is also a paved loop that goes around the park for you to walk while your little ones play.
This is a great park! It's very clean with lots of picnic tables and trails. Great for the family, including the 4 leggers!
beautifulit was very family friendly, saw people cooking out and children playing.... If you have a problem walking steps, you might not enjoy it
