You may miss it the first time and it does have limited parking but it's a great little park with walkway down to the marsh and views of the intracoastal.
The preserve only has 5 parking spaces (one of them requires a handicap permit.) There are two short trails. The scenic overlook trail is less than 1/4 mile and ends at a viewing platform with a view of the marsh. The second trail is a loop of approximately 1/2 mile that brings you to a canoe/kayak launch and (in my humble opinion) a much better view. You can do both trails in well under an hour.
This place lacks parking so you may have to park nearby or on the street (though it's near a decently-busy road). It's very quiet and beautiful, and a great place to take your significant other.
