The Thomson welcome meeting was at this bar and we were immediately impressed by the friendliness of Fanis (the owner) and the other staff. We used their sunbeds on the beach which were free if you bought a couple of drinks from the bar through the day - and who's not going to do so on a beach in Greece in July/August?We also visited on several evenings, for the quiz on one evening and to drink cocktails on most! We hope to go back again next year. Thanks Fanis, Anna, Joanne and everyone else at the Love Boat, from David and Brenda.

The first time that i had genuine fun!!!!super friendly staff...low prices and great music!!!!If you wanna have fun next to the beach..or sit aand watch footie with a cold beer thats the place to be!!!best bar in Kamari!!!
Really good place to kick back & enjoy a few cocktails as you over look Kamari beach....It's always on our list of bars to visit on nights out in Kamari... Santorini is a special place with special bars and this is one of them!!
We too were introduced to the Love Boat, through the Thomson and are so pleased we were. Without a doubt, Fanis and the rest of the Love Boat crew are the best bar staff in Kamari. We spent a number of days, enjoying the beach in front of the bar, and received a warm welcome on every occasion, so much so we felt like friends, rather than customers. My son even made Fanis a friendship bracelet, before we left and he doesn't give them away lightly! Our night-time visits were no less welcoming, despite the bar often being much busier. It always felt relaxed and a place where people were happy to spend time.We were genuinely sad to say goodbye, at the end of the holiday and as a rule, we don't normally get attached to bars or restaurants on holiday - if we make a return visit to Kamari, the Love Boat would be our first port of call...
Well... We where told by our Thompson tour operator to go here for out welcome meeting. Not the kind of place I came to santorini for, it's okay of a day but we went back of a night and there was a quiz? If you like that sort of place, English abroad drunkenness then this is the place but I defiantly go away to get away from this sort of scene! Cheap booze free shots and karaoke with lots of screaming and shouting a malia cocktail I didn't want to be pushed into when coming to Santorini no idea why our reps where pushing this on us so much kinda put us off anyway, each to there own I guess we had to leave though.
This became our haven from the fierce kamari sun. Cocktails were delicious as were ice cream sundaes. Warm welcome and great friendly service. Cool and comfortable beachside bar to relax in.
