one of the two places someone must visit in rhodesenjoy the way up to the castle by the donkeys!avoid visiting it during august, too hot!
村庄很美丽,是个用餐的好地方。雅典卫城和Panagia教堂是参观的重点,另外也别错过距离港口海滩尽头的有名宙斯神像,照片上就是在蓝色餐厅标志右边上部。
We stayed in the area for two weeks and the locals were so helpful and friendly they made you feel welcomed and were happy to help. We went in early August and despite the time it was not that busy we had a great time and saw all of the sites including the acropolis, the amphitheatre and the town. We also went down to the bay the area is just beautiful and well worth a look!
What a beautiful village this is. You will walk all day long and your guaranteed to get lost in the winding streets but it was great.
Well worth a exploring if you are going to Lindos. Plenty of things to buy and of course time to grab a snack of light drinkThe way Greece use to beDONE
What a really beautiful town. Whitewashed cottages, winding streets, friendly people, Great weather. We thought this was one of the highlights of our many trips to Rhodes.Never disappointed in its beauty, the shops are a little pricey, but this is a real tourist attraction. You need good legs to get to the acropolis, and the lace sellers can be distracting, but its well worth itAnd....Pink Floyd's Rick Wright (R.I.P.) used to live here too..
Very hilly narrow streets full of tourists and souvenir shops. Lots of roof top restaurants competing for the early evening trade. Lovely views over the sea and castle.
This little place on the south eastern side of Rhodes, is truly magical. named after one of the three sons of Aphrodite, this is truly a place of mythical Greek gods. It's like looking at a beautiful painting, then walking into in. As you make your way through the cobblestone alleyways, you will find lots of amazing shops and restaurants, which lead eventually to the feet of the acropolis. The food here is pretty good, and great value for money. The village has two beaches, the main beach in Lindos, which has a few bars and sun loungers on a decent stretch of pebbled beach, but if you want a truly beautiful beach. There aren't many quite like Saint Paul's bay. The prettiest little cove in Rhodes is small, but truelly beautiful. The beach is sandy with lounger, but get there early as its really popular. On one side you have a fantastic beach restaurant on the other you have St pauls church, which is popular for wedding. In the centre you have some of the best snorkelling on the island, and a view that some say give St pauls bay the name, the Co phi phi of Europe. If your thinking of Rhodes for your next holiday Lindos is a must. Once you've been, nowhere else will quite compare!
