Great walking trails, tennis courts, golf course, terrific playground, and so many trees and shrubs. Simply beautiful
what a lovely park. It was especially nice because the holidays were coming. It is really big and we spent the day walking and visiting and we brought hot cider and it was just really nice.
Lots of open space. Great place to take the kids to play. Some nice spots to have a picnic. A great place to just take a walk
A diverse 194 acre park with a pond, 2 natural springs and a fabulous playground. Don't miss the tree full of plastic owls. Pleanty of picnic areas and nine opn air shelters. Adjacent to one of the largest rose gardensin the country.
Excellent menu and great place to eat! Staff is great there. One of the better places to eat! We have been many, many times have never been dis pointed! Great food!
we enjoyed activities and movies as a family on Saturday evenings, in this beautiful park. I like how helpful the staff is at these events and that they go above and beyond to put these events on.
Playground for the kids, walking paths, picnic areas, beautiful rose garden....something for everyone. Our family has held reunions here in the past and all ages can find something to do.
This is a quiet and wonderful place to walk or run. My dog loves to run here. I'm almost always alone here, no traffic, great place to ramble.
Glen Miller Park is a great place to take your picnic lunch and just enjoy nature. Sit by the lake with a book. They have great fireworks on the 4th of July too!
I was surprised at the size of this park. It's very pretty to walk around and you can feel very safe from the passing cars. There's a large pond with a fountain and several little creeks. Nice places to eat and a big playground. The nicest thing is the spring water. Very cold and refreshing. Just be patient, there may be a wait. Right next store is a closed golf course so you can walk on the paths around there too. There's a nice Christmas festival there where luminaries line the roads. The Rose Garden is pleasant to walk around and benches and gazebos to sit. Definitely a place to visit while in Richmond?
