Rachel listens. If you have a certain area that needs attention that is what she focuses on. I like the fact that she knows when her clients want to talk and when they don't. That doesn't stop her from checking in during the massage however. Getting a massage from Rachel is a treat for me and is something I start looking forward to weeks in advance.
