The waves are great for surfing and the beach is beautiful.Bring all you need to spend the day, water, towel etc
Quiet and pretty beach. Fun to sit back and watch the surfers, not good swiming. Very hippy chic and fun people watching, very pretty in morning and evening. Quiet and not a lot of people. Nice place to read and relax if you dont want to get in the water.
Waves are a blast to ride if you are a strong swimmer. Also fun to watch the local surfers! No facilities on beach, so remember to pack the necessities (e.g. water, snacks, towels, lotion, etc.).
Great beach to sit and watch local surfers with skills. We ended up staying over 2 hours and grabbed lunch at a nearby restaurant afterwards.
My partner is a surfer and he had fun. I was a tinch bored since it's too rough for swimming dhe to the proximity of jagged reef. There was nice shade however and before I ran out of reading material I had a relaxing moment.
This is a nice area at the end of the road by the huge radio dome.Lots of parking, plenty of waves during the winter months and food isn't to hard to find.
Beach is fine, but the public beach in down town is easier to walk. But, You get to watch the Real surfers here. What beauty.
This was my favorite beach in Rincon. Great place for watching people and surfers. Domes Beach is located near The El Faro Lighthouse. This beach is not good for swimming but great surfing. Calypso restaurant is located near here and have decent sandwiches and drinks. If you want a quiet beach and enjoy surfers or surfing this is the best beach in the area.
Very nice area with souvineer shops near Marias Beach which is a surfer beach. Its less rough here and better swimming- looks like mostly locals here and u can drive up close to beach with your car and unpack all your stuff.
This beach is beautiful but is very open about not welcoming tourists at this surf spot. You would be lucky to be able to surf there without trouble. That being said we went just to walk on the beach and had no problems.
