We were staying in the Berkshires and read about this small local theater group that has been putting on shows for many years. We saw the delightful, funny "You Should Be So Lucky." Local actors, staff and director in this intimate barn like theater in New Lebanon, NY just east of the NY/Mass state line. Tickets were regularly $25, but we were able to get half priced tickets the day of the show. Those tickets can be obtained at a number of locations in the Berkshires such as the visitors center in Lenox and MassMOCA museum in North Adams. Very good deal and excellent, entertaining show. When in the area we will return to the Theater Barn.

I noticed the previous review mention that the actors are local. Actually, the Theater Barn is a professional non-union theatre company which has been filling it's seats with happy audiences for the past 31 years! The actors are 98% professional actors from New York City and every now and then there is a local actors in the cast as well. You won't find a better deal in the Berkshires!
