The view from the upper level was amazing. The shop has everything and there are so many attractions all in one place. And it connects to the funicular for easy access to the main street. It also is the hub for all the buses.
staying in the fallsview area....it was like minus 10 degrees...but we got up close to the falls without having to go outside too much! The incline railway is new and enclosed and now open ALL YEAR!!the table rock house is steps away from the railway...you must visit the awesome candy shop inside..or eat at the restaurant that puts you right on the edge of the falls....spectacular!!!!
It was clean, organized, and offered a lot of information on the park. You can get the Wonder Passes here, which allow you to do several attractions around the falls.
The centre is really good, moots of information about the falls and the obligatory gift and sweet shops. What really made it for me though was the Tim Horton's there, I love my coffee and I love Tim's.
As we visited in the winter the Falls were relatively quiet. But cold very cold so the vistor centre was very useful to warm up and get a hot drink (Tim Hortons) plus use the toilets. Facilities were all clean and well organised.
Perfect spot for viewing and to pick up souvenirs and tickets to attractions. Parking is nearby for a fee.
Great people watching location, places to grab a bite and take some photographs. For the amount of people, the restrooms were surprisingly clean.
Would have liked a bit more of a map to figure out how to get around between the Canadian and NY sides.
Table Rock House has been upgraded with the installation of the bridge to cross the road as well as expanding the actual building and wow - it has really improved it! There are additional exits to the falls viewing areas as well as enclosing more of what used to be open areas. Great protection for winter viewing as you can escape the cold with much more space inside. Souvenirs are available in multiple locations or you can tour the Journey Behind the Falls or visit Niagara's Fury from within the welcome centre. Have a snack or sit down for a meal - the choice is yours. Prices are reasonable for the area and the view is like none other! Parking is about $10.00 but is worth it!
An interesting edifice where you could access the Niagara's Fury, Journey Behind the Falls. There's a restaurant overlooking the Falls where you could enjoy the beautiful view while dining, & a Candy store that's obviously a little overpriced.
