AKA Combat Entertainment of Oconomowoc is a fun facility for kids and adults alike. Imagine "Call of Duty" coming to life in an indoor and outdoor facility with a variety of mission formats to keep you interested. Guided by enthusiastic referees, gamers can expect competitive fun around every corner. AKA has party rooms and even a gift shop area dedicated to their "airsoft" play and a snack bar to keep your bellies smiling. Numerous TV screens keep parents occupied, while one screen is dedicated to keep an eye on the action being played out at the facility. New is August is a "Leader Screen" board that displays...well, as you can imagine, "leaders" of matches, scoring, etc. AKA used to advertise their arcade, but numerous machines were either out of order or very outdated. This, after we realized we had gotten too many tokens. Some games require quarters only, which puts a strain on the tokens we hadn't used. Since AKA really predicates themselves on the "combat" universe, this is hardly a problem and shouldn't refrain you from checking it out.Overall, AKA is a fun atmosphere many will enjoy. I recommend calling ahead as "membership" cards are required. AKA offers party packages as well as numerous other offerings that will sure to please anyone. The staff is very friendly and is willing to help out anyone...even if you're a newbie!

Decent gaming experience, varied types of missions.WORD OF CAUTION however. . . be sure to double check your receipt to make sure you were charged the proper amount. I was overcharged. Afterward, I sent an email questioning the amount billed. They replied, admitting they overcharged me. I sent subsequent emails over a month's time in an effort to resolve the overcharge. Since their initial reply, they've not responded.If you avoid any issues like the one I had, you'll probably have a good experience. Given their awful customer service, I do not plan to return anytime soon. There are too many other venues for me to spend my entertainment dollars.
