Lisa (owner) is a fantastic person. She helped me arrange a surprise private helicopter ride & adventure around Miami for my husband to celebrate our second wedding anniversary. She helped me brainstorm something cool to do once our private charter landed --- and what a unique, fun and memorable experience we had. After a fantastic heli tour of Miami, we landed in the Everglades and got on a fan-boat (also a private tour), where we breezed around the water with captain Gerald. We even had delicious gourmet alligator bites at the park afterwards!My husband was completely surprised (and thrilled) by the whole experience and so was I.Her pilot Luis was also fantastic, charming and super knowledgeable/skilled.We are definitely obsessed with helicopters now, and will definitely be booking another trip with South Beach helicopters when we are back in Miami next year.

Planned a helicopter trip for my wife's birthday and Lisa and Louis helped make it happen, my wife said it was the best birthday experience she's ever had. Louis made the flight fun and pointed bits out to us. We highly recommend south beach helicopters to anyone wishing to book. Thank you guys and we will be back as soon as we are back in Miami.

There is so much to say. I had a plan to write out a proposal for my girlfriend on the beach that could be read from the sky. I spoke to Lisa about my plan, and her enthusiasm to help with my proposal helped me realize that I didn't need to call another company. She knew how important this event was, and she was happy to help make it special. I asked her if I could fly over the beach at night instead of the day, because I wanted to use lights to spell out the message. She said they could do that, and was just waiting on me to decide on a date. She explained the process and what the helicopter could do, and where it could go. I eventually chose a date, but seeing as it was a surprise, the date changed numerous times. Understanding how important this day was, Lisa was so patient and made me feel comfortable when altering the dates. Luis, our pilot, was very nice and personable, and knew the secret plan. He kept it a surprise and made sure she got a great aerial view of the proposal. My girlfriend had no idea. When she saw the message, she burst into tears! She said yes! Luis was able to hoover over the message and turned around about 3 times. The flight was smooth and the view of South Beach at night from the sky was amazing. I was even able to take a picture that I have attached. Thank you South Beach helicopters for helping me make my proposal unique and making it something my fiance will always remember. I also wanted to say thanks to my brother John for helping set up all the battery powered candles on the beach, I know it took an hour or two, but it turned out great!
