Cape May Par 3 & Driving Range with the assistance of a few private lessons from the golf pro James Quinn has allowed me the ability to hit a decent round with my friends.I thoroughly enjoy the game of golf but before the assistance of this location I could not play, my friends began to avoid inviting me and I was loosing interest in the sport. Now they enjoy bringing me along because i can actually play a decent round. This course was fun when I started a year ago and is still enjoyable now, from the sunrises to the sunsets when ever I find an hour or two to get some swings in this is my go to location because they offer comparable to the area (full size courses) greens and a driving range plus an affordable golf pro for private lessons.I highly recommend that you visit this location for all three of my reasons I continue to go back.
Cape May Par 3 is one of my favorite places to play. The course is fun, you get valuable short-game practice, and you don't spend five hours to play 18 holes. The course is in excellent condition attributable to the hard work the owner and all his staff put into it. They all really take pride in the course. Cape May Par 3 is the best golf value, by far, in Cape May County. I highly recommend playing the course when in the Cape May area.
Would not visit again.Owner is rude and I found to be expensive.I don't recommend.Find another place to spend your money.
We are not golfers by any means but this was a pleasant way to spend the morning. The staff is really nice and you don't need to bring anything with you besides a pair of sneakers of golf shoes. I agree with the other good reviews and highly recommend this place for couples, friends, or families.
If your just learning golf or if your on holidays and want a not too challenging golf course this is for you. The rates are great golf bag and clubs plus fees to play only $18.00. The course was not crowded and a lot of fun.
This is great place to spend a few hours with friends or family when vacationing in Cape May county. We have been fans each of the last three summers. It is not a fancy country club environment -- quite the contrary -- don't expect lush greens or specular club house. It is basic. But that is what makes it great -- it is a low budget, fun alternative to the boardwalk or other typical entertainment. And a fine way to introduce the youngsters to the sport of golf.
I started golfing a few months ago and am hooked. I did it all here at the Cape May Par 3. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've met the owner a few times as well(also a very nice guy). I regret not buying the annual pass since I've probably spent the amount which it costs. At $16 a round, you can't go wrong. My golfing buddy and i got chased out by a storm once and we were able to play the following week to make up the holes we missed. Pull cart rentals cost $2. The course is kept well and is open year round. I think that everyone would agree that the greens are the best part of this course. No sand traps or water, which is really nice for beginners like myself. As far as the range, it's what you would expect. Standard pricing for buckets of balls. They offer plenty of mats and a section to allow golfers to hit off of the grass which you don't see all the time! They do offer two chipping greens which I always visit after a bucket of balls!
I'm just learning the game. This is a good course for both myself and my husband who is an experienced golfer. Convenient location just off route 47 and only a couple of minutes off the Garden State Parkway.
This was a very nice, inexpensive option at $18 which included a pull cart. It was $5 for six balls. The clubs were in good shape and the course was well groomed. It took about 1 1/2 to play 18 holes. The staff was very friendly. The course was fairly well marked. There are no water or sand hazards.
The course is the best golf value in Cape May county. You can play 18 holes for $15.95. You don't have to spend all day playing, either. The staff has kept the course in beautiful shape even with the dry weather of late. The greens are in the best condition they've ever been. This a great place to take the family, a beginner, or an experienced golfer looking to sharpen your short game. I highly recommend Cape May Par 3 as a place to go when visiting the Cape May area.
