Took the grand kids and they had a blast! Enclosed area so children are relatively safe - but you still need to watch them. Babies need to wear swim diapers. There are some covered areas so you can get out of the sun for awhile.
The Sprayground is great for young children. Fun sprinklers with no swimming required. I took my nephews, age 7 and 2. It entertained them for hours. Bring lunch or snacks, the concession stand is limited to ice cream and chips. They did sell swim diapers for $1 which are required for toddlers. We had a great time.
This is a great activity for babies and small kids! My 9 month old and almost three year old loved going over the summer. With only $1 entry fee can't beat the almost free fun that it brings! It can get crowded so i suggest going late afternoons. My children also love playing in the playground as well!
The Spraygrounds at Riverside and East Roswell Park are a welcome addition to the Roswell Park system. Both locations are a great choice to entertain little ones on a hot summer day. Inexpensive and safe. Great for birthday parties as well.
This is an average sprayground just like you would find anywhere but, it seems the city works hard at keeping the entire park area clean and family friendly. Located on the banks of the Chattahoochee River and combined with a few miles of hiking trails and picnic areas makes this a great place for a family day trip.
What kid doesn't like running through spraying water to cool off? Not much for the adults, they need more shade for the adults watching the kids, perhaps a misting area. fun watching the kids, but little thought on taking care of the adults.
Water Park and Playground is separate. There is a fee to use the water park area, and no food or drink is allowed in there. But great picnic area and tables and play equipment for all ages.
young children really enjoy this parl. I take my 5 yr old grandson constantly. easy to keep an eye on. Downside you need to bring a chair or sit on cement
We had to find this spay ground since there are not that many near by, after paying $1 for the use of the spray ground my kids 3 and 6 played for awhile. There is no place to sit down so bring your chairs, the playground beside the spray ground works ideally when kids are tired of the water and need to do something else.
I was looking for something to do with the kids on a Sunday. Upon researching some local water parks we decided to go to Sprayground at Riverside Park located in Roswell. The commute was not bad, and the park was easy to find. The spray ground is very clean, family friendly, and the price was only a dollar to kids. The kids had a lot of fun, and did not want to leave. They also have a concession stand there where you can purchase thing's like ice cream. Overall we had an exciting time, and plan to visit again in the near future.
