Too high pressure sales, and terrible/ rude returns. I found the same decor, only a much wider selection at Hobby Lobby. Also Hobby Looby plays Christian music and doesn't have the haughty attitude. They have cute things and classes, but you will find similar classes at Michaels, Arhaus or online.
