Estuvimos jugando un grupo de amigasEs un campo muy divertido y asequible ( sobre todo después de jugar en el Blou Monster ) Esta muy cuidado . No es largo y resulta relativamente fácil hacer buen resultadoLa fauna del campo es espectacular , incluyendo los cocodrilosCampo privado que si se tiene la oportunidad de poder jugarlo es muy recomendablePara comer tienen una terraza súper agradable y con precios de club muy asequiblesEl personal muy atento

I came for vacation to visit some friends who are member of Deering Bay, they invite me to play golf at the club. I was amazed by the beautiful ocean view golf course.

Lugar maravilhoso, só não creio que seja aberto a quem quiser visitar, já que é um condomínio fechado, onde mora um parente. Alguns prédios, uma vila em estilo italiano e algumas casas maiores, tudo cercado por um clube, um campo de golfe com 18 buracos e duas marinas. Acho que dá pra imaginar o cenário, não?

Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club is simply the finest golf club in all of South Florida. So many people drive by Old Cutler and don't even know it exists, which adds to the mystique. I've never seen a paspallum grass in such good condition. Its definitely the toughest private golf course I've played on in the area and was renovated in 2007. They have excellent memberships for young adults aged 35 and less, which make a prestigious country club available to the young professionals in the area. In addition, their elegantly appointed dining room serves up award-winning Chef Greg McDaniel's culinary options promptly and appropriately.All in all, Deering Bay is a country club that gets it. In the time of declining membership in country clubs they are doing all the right things!

I think that their PR agency must be busy promoting Deering Bay in order to push the memberships or sales of the condos. The golf course is ok, although many average golfers don't like it because it is too tight; i.e., there are too many holes where a stray shot will end up in the mangroves or condos. Also, the bugs can be bad at certain times of the year. One plus is that you might catch a glimpse of an alligator (maybe it is a crocodile I never get too close) sunning itself near the 12th (?) green. Personally I prefer Crandon golf course on Key Biscayne for a scenic oceanside golf experience.If you want to live in a gated golf community in the Miami area, you might also check out the Doral complex.

A bit stuffy, needs updating. The grounds as viewed from the bar is of the bay and very nice. The food was non descript. Veggies over cooked, fries, dry fish tastless. The bar was very busy and service good. They have a very large parking lot so parking is never a problem. One has to be a member or be with a member for entrance.

Played in a charity golf tourney here. It feels like you stepped into a wildlife habitat.
