We attended the Outback Bowl at Raymond James Stadium on New Years Day. Parking ingress was very well orchestrated and we got in with little delay. Once in the stadium, directions to your seats were well displayed and there were always attendants to ask.
I had a blast at Raymond James Stadium! This place is very fan friendly compared to some of the other NFL stadiums I've been to and the concession prices weren't as bad as I expected. Even a someone who is not a big football fan can enjoy them selves here.
We went kids and all. Wife had to toss her handbag because they were prohibited. We had no way of knowing til we made it all the way to the gate. Tickets should have clearly stated that handbags were prohibited.
I was at the Stadium for a Bollywood film awards show and not for a game! The arrangements were spectacular. The stadium is huge and the seating was plenty adequate. Great layouts and easy to find and navigate too. There were many little food places just outside the main area and the security was wonderful too. The seats can be reviewed online in great detail.
What a bargain! Five bucks for a knowledgeable tour that takes you everywhere on the field and behind the scenes, locker room, coaches office, executive suite, pirate ship, and more.
My husband and I went to see Monster Jam there. Parking was $15 even a long walk from the stadium. The event was great! Loved seeing the big trucks in action! Getting there was confusing as GPS told us to get off I275 at a certain exit, but due to road construction that exit was closed! Found our way eventually, but leaving the stadium parking was very painful! So much traffic and again all the road construction did not help! Took us a LONG time to get back on the road. Hope they get this figured out soon!
Visited the stadium twice now to se the Bucs. Good seating, easy to find your way round, pleasant staff. It's expensive (like most sports stadiums) but it's very clean, comfortable and there's plenty of food choice. There was one incident, however, when we bought a beer and realised there was a problem with it as we turned to leave the queue. We turned back to the stand to ask for another only to get a load of verbal abuse from a guy at the back of the queue. He obviously thought we were pushing in (which we weren't) but he didn't need to be quite so rude in front of our 6 year old son. He'd annoyed me so I told him so - felt better then. This didn't spoil our great night at the game. Great service, good entertainment. Kids enjoyed the freebies at the publicity stalls before the game although it is a shame there's not much else to do outside the stadium.
Had season tickets for the first time this year, mainly for the Packers game, being a Packers fan it was amazing. It felt more like Green Bay not Tampa Bay with about 60,000 other Packers fans. Food is good and not overpriced. Bottomless souvenir sodas are awesome!
Traffic nightmare to get there (worse leaving) with high parking rates. We (Hillsborough county taxpayers) are also paying for the tax-exempt sports teams' Raymond James Stadium and then must pay parking, entrance fees and super-high food prices. Drunks at the sports games make the experience unpleasant. Nice facility that I bought for them!
Went to my first football game here, really enjoyed it. The staduim is clean. Liked that you could also watch the game inside as it was really cold the day we were there
