We frequently come to see the new art shows or their performances. Valdosta is lucky to have this place.

My children and I are always up for a stroll through the art gallery. It changes regularly and seems to always have something exciting to enjoy. Since the gallery boasts, free admission, I love to treat myself to something in the charming gift shop each time I go. It is full of interesting ceramic pieces and unique gifts.

I will return. I enjoyed having a bit of culture while on my getaway. Spent a good part of Saturday, enjoying the Center.

My sister and I stop at the is friendly, up to date museum every time we are in Valdosta. Interesting special exhibits ranging from adult to children's works.

Been here many times. They have a lot of excellent contemporary southern painters on exhibit. Always have a lot of special exhibits too. The annual juried open art show is not to be missed. They have a lot of classes. Together with the art program at VSU, Turner makes our small town a cultural treasure.

The art changes often at the Turner Center for the Arts and it's always beautiful. It's FREE and a beautiful quiet COOL way to spend a couple of hours with the grandchildren. I take them one at a time and we walk quietly and whisper (as in how we were once taught to behave in libraries...remember that!) They always find something they love and something that makes them giggle and we have lots to discuss when we leave. It's an excellent way to expose them to different ideas and see what appeals to them. They also have a lovely gift shop.

I've been here a couple times and I'm always surprised by the different exhibits they have. Not many people come during the week. So if you have an hour free, stop by. It's worth it to be able to see real art in Valdosta!!

What a treat for the folks of Valdosta to have this "hidden" gem in the downtown area. Always something new and exciting going on for people of all ages.
