This is a fantastic way to spend a couple of hours. The entire place is just wonderful to see. The amount of detail is incredible. Diffently worth the trip just to see this place.
The gardener in charge of this garden is obviously skilled. The flowers are beautiful. The trees are beautiful. All the attention to detail is obvious! I highly recommend a visit!
Visiting Fort Worth, looked for a day trip prior to a wedding. Weatherford had gardens & museums + wineries nearby. We spent several hours here in late November. With frost having taken its toll on the last remaining flowers, my wife & I enjoyed the solitude, the water features and the interesting design of the individual areas as well as the overall garden design. Well worth a visit when in Weatherford.
Quiet gardens, lovely flowers and great friends. This is perfect for private time with the wife or for a larger reception.
This is a lovely little garden in Weatherford. It's a combination of English and Asian gardens and so charming! It's not to far from Dallas/Ft. Worth and is definitely doable as a day trip.
Small, quaint and beautiful. Great photo opportunities! My family enjoyed the water features. I loved the gardens
Spent many an hour in the Gardens photographing the lovely flowers that highlight this typical English Garden. Bring a tripod and plan on spending several hours. The Garden changes with the seasons and is always a treat to photo. Be sure and find the very large Goldfish.
We spent about 2 hours exploring the beautiful gardens and water features here. There is a lot to see, look at the intricate and quirky details on some of the statues. You can also go on a quick tour of the home if not too many are visiting.
This place is beautiful ... They have taken nature and created art! The coy pond is my favorite... You can walk across the pillars right through the pond and the feeling you experience is right out of a book... Many plants, trees, and flowers can be seen as well as numerous Zen areas with fountains and seating throughout... Picturesque opportunities at every turn... Add some peace to your life and go visit ... Take a few pictures too!! :)
This hidden gem is worth seeking out. Follow the street that dead ends into this serene, peaceful and welcoming English garden. The history of the house and gardens is fascinating. So much glamor and high brow living in the old South! The Chinese influence creates a beautiful balance. Come see and enjoy Chandor Garden.
