We stayed one night, recommend getting a suite, lot more room in it. Staff was very nice, buffet was not the worst, but not really worth going to. The casino was the loosest by far for us. We had a blast and would return. The cocktail staff in the casino are real scarce, if you find one chase her down like I did or you may not see one for another 30-45 minutes.
It's small, but we hit really good on a Friday night. Will def be back due to the proximity of hotel to casino.
It's a Thursday nite, and our first visit to a casino in approx.6yrs. We visited 3 casinos #1 Rainbow very niecely decorated alot of lighting, not many people.not alot floor staff,Alot of penny machines some nickel and quarters.A few active gaming tables .The atomosphere was very bussiness like, not alot of fun or laughter. No bands or entertainment on stage. All machines use only bills or script no coins, miss the noise of coins falling into machine trays. The was no differance at the Ameristar and Harrah's casinos. The excitement and anticipation was gone.Suggest you call ahead to find out when and if entertainment is scheduled at the casino.
We're definitely coming back! It was WAY fun and the staff was Five Star. I lounged around in m pj's, 'cause I just didn't want to leave! Thank You
No longer the Rainbow Casino, this is the same review I posted on the Lady Luck Hotel..as there was no where to review their NEW Casino:FORMERLY THE RAINBOW CASINOThe friendly stay and all the free stuff you got for signing up for the card was the best part of this place. If you sign up for the Fan Club as a couple we EACH got $12.50 in free play, then $5 if you liked them on facebook, $5 off your meal at Otis and Henry’s (which was very good), we each got a free T-shirts and embroidered baseball caps. Did I mention how friendly ALL the staff was? That beat all 4 of the casino we visited in that area.It is too bad that the casino is so very small. The machines were really not the newest or very loose for being new. I probably would not go back again to play. My boyfriend loved it because the service and free stuff were better than the rest. There are 4 restaurants inside, The Riverview buffet, Otis and Hennery’s and an Otis and Henry’s Express which is a quick version of the restaurant and the Lone Wolf. As mentioned we at at Otis and Henry’s and got a burger and fries and it was very good and the burger was huge! There is supposed to be entertainment in a small area in the back which looked inviting, but no one was there during our visit on that Saturday night. It was fairly early though; we left maybe at 7pm.We did not see the hotel so I cannot comment on the rooms.I would say stop by visit the Lady Luck and give it a try.
This is part of Isle of Carpi and they never give good rewards to anyone.
Hard to park, not very clean, other casinos in the area are nicer, roomier. Staff was very nice.
I got a really great, can't pass up, deal in the mail from the Rainbow Casino, and I'm really glad that I went. We had one night free, and paid for a second. The price was right, not over inflated like a lot of casinos. They even had free breakfasts at the casino hotel, and that is unusual in my experience. There wasn't a lot to it, but it was a nice quick start. The rooms were pleasant and clean. Overall very nice. The casino was a fun one, it turned out not to be my absolute favorite in the area, but it was very nice, and they seemed quite liberal with the comps, always a big plus. Overall, I'd really recommend it.
Husband and I won quite a bit at this casino. Restaurant was very good, great service and not too hard to get drinks. Will stay here next visit to Mississippi.
Lots to choose from. The desert bar is the best. The service is very slow. Most of the time you have to wait and wait for the food to be refilled.
