Featuring locally grown fruit, the winery makes a variety of fruit wines for sale and or purchase on site . My favorite is their white table wine , Picnic. Patrons sit outside under arbors around a lovely pond . Campfires light the summer sky. Check out their events calendar and the great gift shop located in the renovated barn. Worth the drive!!
We visited the Munson Bridge Winery on a rainy evening. The gift shop was charming, the wine and oils were very good, and the hosts were warm and friendly. They have special events planned throughout the year. On this night, there was a fantastic live band, Sly Joe and the Smooth Operators, and delicious wood fired pizza. We sat under the enormous event tent and enjoyed our evening while it rained gently outside. The grounds are peaceful and beautiful. If you are in the area and enjoy good wine, it is definitively worth the stop!
A very enjoyable stop at the Munson Bridge Winery shop. We sampled five wines and the server, Gary, was very well versed on the wines and their different levels of sweetness to tart. We selected the Rhubarb Rox and the Mongo Symphony wines which will be used as gifts during the Christmas season. The shop was very well decorated and a great place for a few sips of wine on a beautiful Wisconsin afternoon. I made a phone call back and talked to the owner, Sherry, to let her know we enjoyed our visit - she answered the phone - leadership on duty!!! Great stop - give it a try.
My friend and I visited the winery during an art tour. We checked out the artists and then took some time in the wine shop. We both had been here before and were happy to taste some of their great wine. I appreciate knowing that I will enjoy the wine buy. If you enjoy wine, you need to stop here. You will be treated well. Munson Bridge also sells a variety of flavored oils and many gifts. You won't be disappointed.
A beautiful rural setting complete with renovated barn to handle parties and weddings. Wisconsin berry wines to taste and sip with friends on a lazy afternoon and if you are lucky there will be some tasty appetizers. Local Wisconsin cheese is featured. Wander the gardens, enjoy the pond, listen to weekend music be it jazz or folk. The owners and the staff are a joy to be around.
We had a retirement party here and had a blast. Nice tranquil setting -- small pond, fire pit, great atmosphere and decorating. Very accommodating staff. Of course, the wine tasting was awesome!
In the middle of rural Wisconsin, there is a gem! Munson Bridge Winery offers fruit based wines, from dry and semi sweet to sweet and port. Free wine tasting and knowledgeable staff to assist. There is also a tasting bar for flavored olive oils and vinegars. Great ideas on how to use them. I bought the Cheers, Mango Symphony and Maple. The blood orange evoo and tangerine vinegar taste great on summer salads. .The patio is open with great landscaping, a pond with fish and a paddle boat. Old fashioned tree swing and a large tent with hanging chandeliers for special occasions. I had the pleasure of spending a warm Indian Summer day there surrounded by trees ablaze with color. Ambience aside a big plus, they have music in the summer and the wine is great. Worth a trip to relax and take it all in.
Enjoyed the live band in their old barn while it poured outside. Lots of fruit wines and flavored olive oils to try. Just a fun place to go, either browsing inside or outside by the pond and fire pit.
This cozy place in the country is worth the drive. They have free wine-tasting all of the time, and also have a separate area where you can taste their flavored vinegars and olive oils. They offer a great gift selection, and also have a "barn" that can be reserved for weddings. The patio and pond are lovely to wander, as well.
Outdoor seating undera full moon, listening to a blues band Phil Kitze and the Resonators and drinking great wine. Wonderful setting and great hosts.
