First time visiting this arena and the view seemed good from just about any angle. Plenty of parking and security
I came here with my family for my graduation from La Verne University. I really disliked the no stroller policy. It's hard with three small children to lug them through a parking lot and up two flights of stairs. They also did not let you up or down certain stairways after the ceremony. I walked around the entire arena in heels trying to locate my family. This was not planned out well.
I have been to this arena for everything from stand-up comics, lingerie football, Ice Hockey, Circus...and many more events and not once was I unhappy with any of my seat locations. The lines are short due to the quick customer service at the many concession stands. Bring the kids, bring the date, and bring the Boys out because the beer, wine & alcohol are all readily available for the event your attending.
The Citizens Bank Arena is the home of the Ontario Reign, which is a minor league hockey team. This is a great location for people that reside in the Inland Empire. The arena is very accessible from a few major highways. The arena is well kept and very safe to take the family.
We went to a concert here. The whole staff working there at the event were professional and courteous. Great venue
they have all kind of events sports, meetings ,basket ball.hockey,concerts. it is clean and nice seats.
Coming from out of state to see Cher. Love that the arena is so close to the airport and downtown. Some traffic crawl going in - almost feels like 2 turn lanes could be set up to help expedite. Parking was free and easy enough to find a spot. Looked like long lines to get through security and ticket scans, but things moved along nicely. Inside the corridors do get tight with traffic and concessions intersecting. Section 103, Rown N was a great vantage point. Seems like an intimate venue for an arena. Sound quality was good. Pretty easy out of the parking lot following the show.
My family and I enjoy coming out here to see the Ontario Reign (hockey) play. We've been coming out here for three or four years now and have never encountered a problem with the venue itself. It is always clean, including the restrooms! The seats are comfortable and staff is always helpful and available. The concessions stands are well located and the food is pretty good. You can even make some healthy choices. The only drawback to this venue is that two years ago AXS tickets took over the online sales and they are really a pain to deal with. We were almost not going to attend any games this year because of AXS problems. Fortunately the venue stepped in and helped out to make it happen for us. A big thanks to Chris O. GO REIGN!!!!!
Love watching hockey. The seats are a little snug on the knees. The entertainment is great! Always have a great time! Great value
Sound was good - seats very comfy. smaller venue allows for great stage view. Lots of food and types of food; however it would have been nice to know that only cash was accepted. There were no "in and out" privileges, even though the concert was 11 hours long.
