The overwhelming smell of sewage tainted my visit, and I would rate the Cellar Room with a 1.74 out of 10.RATINGSHospitality - 3 - The staff was moderately attentive, despite being 1 of the 2 groups of people in the bar.Music - 0 - The bar was silent the entire time.Wares - 4.3 - A decent selection of generic domesticsAtmosphere - 0.6 - Tainted by the sewage smellClientele - 0.8 - It was empty when we arrived (Late on a weekend night), and when we left about an hour later only 1 other group was in the bar.
