  As a resident of Attleboro I am fortunate to be close enough to attend all of the special events that the museum has offered since their opening 2 years ago. What the founding members have achieved in such a short time is incredible, especially considering that all of their funding is through donations and ALL of the work is done by volunteers. We need more people who have the passion of these men & women and who realize how important it is to promote math and science to young girls and young women and to show how women have succeeded in the past, despite the lack of emphasis on these disciplines. The museum is housed in an old building adjacent to Attleboro Jewelers. The space was formerly used for the manufacturing and design of jewelry and was donated by the current owner, Nancy Young - who is one of the founding members of the museum. Please visit the museum to support this important mission. Saturday, September 30th is the 2nd annual Auction which was a tremendous success! Don't miss it this year!
