The ceiling and general interior is beautiful and worth a visit. Thankfully recently restored and sits proudly in a once thriving markets area of Belfast City Centre.
Church was just across the road from our hotel so we popped in as somebody had told us about it. Very beautiful large and recently had work done to it.
I've always admired the outside of this church had never gone in. Fortunately that has changed and I have to say it is one of the most beautiful churches I have seen. Very different to the majority of Catholic churches in its layout, I can only recommend a visit. Compact but stunning.
We just walked by all three of us admiring a nice building and it's now raining something awful so this place is nice and dry But then once inside its so lovely and completely puts you off your stride Well worth a visit
Beautifully restored old city centre church with a feeling reminiscent to what you might experience in similar vintage churches in France or Italy and every bit as impressive. Was glad tp have checked its serenity.
This wonderful city centre church is a splendid piece of architecture. A working cathedral with an amazing colour. It is very accessible to city centre, worth paying a visit. When I popped in it was quiet, that was a lunch time.
Architectural wonder - looks more like a castle than a church from outside. It is very nice looking internally - do check out the ornate ceiling and climb onto the balcony (if it is open).
This church is breath taking. The paintings and architecture are truly beautiful. There is an atmosphere of serenity which makes it hard to believe you are in the city centre
Went to an orchestral concert here and thoroughly enjoyed the acoustics and the atmosphere as a whole. Stewards were very helpful and I would be keen to return in the future.
Read previous Tripadvisor reviews, and we had passed it as it was opposite where we were staying.Has to be seen to be appreciated
