Dear PartR,Thank you for calling in, or at least trying, on December 30th! We did have a sign on the main gates during the time that the full factory was closed but it was removed when we resumed logistics for our retail stores. Point noted and I will ensure that the holiday information is made available on our main visiting times board at the main gates in the future. Christmas is the only time during the year that we are completely closed!
Dear luckydean23,Thank you for visiting us in May and it was indeed a nice time weather wise then. Sometimes the river Erne beside us is perfectly still and is a picture postcard; you experienced this on the day that your party visited. We are so lucky to have the Pottery situated along the bank of the river Erne in Belleek.
Dear rebeljenn,Thank you for visiting us and spending some time in our Showroom. Hope you had the chance to grab a coffee in our award winning restaurant before you left!!
Dear Tom H,Thank you for the second visit and of course the very positive and comprehensive review. Our guided tours normally run for about twenty minutes and the beauty about them is the fact that i) they are guided, ii) the tour covers the complete production process, iii) there is a good visitor participation along the way and iv) you can chat with the craftspeople and take a picture. We believe it is very important for a visit to a working pottery such as ours to be able to give a guided tour along the complete production process meeting with the craftspeople. This is a more rewarding experience for our visitors. A visit to the Belleek tearooms after is always a nice treat and seeing that it looks our on the River Erne a bonus! And finally I not your comment on our restrooms. These are of equal importance to us in terms of service and comfort. We aim to provide a well laid out and clean environment for personal care.
Dear Leckey470,Thank you for your positive feedback on your recent visit to our Centre. I will make sure to pass on your comments to Cathy!
Dear KayceezPeople,Thank you for your very comprehensive review of your visit to Belleek Pottery Visitor Centre. I note your comment on the fact that you enjoyed and remarked upon the fact that you saw the complete production process. This is indeed one of the main highlights of a visit to our Centre; unlike many other similar attractions we feel it an absolute must that our guests can see the full compliment of processes and chat with all of our craftspeople.Further I note your comment on the car parking at the Centre. Of course we have a limited amount of spaces in our short stay car park adjacent to the main building along with dedicated spaces for those less abled along side the river bank but we also have a 100 space main car park a short distance away. The main car park forms a connection to our recently opened picnic area which overlooks the River Erne.
Dear Bill L,Thank you for your kind review and I note your comment on the building itself. And you are quite right. We still wonder at the enormity of this listed building that we have the pleasure of working in. It was built by such fantastic stone masons in or around 1855 and you really have to wonder how they actually built such a large building as this with perfectly cut stone. It is indeed fitting to house one of the best visitor attractions Northern Ireland has to offer.
Dear mocraig22014,Thank you for visiting us this past November and noted your comments on our retail store within the Visitor Centre. It really is the place to see the complete range of products that we manufacture.
Dear advtours,Thank you for visiting Northern Ireland and on your comment as to how amazing it was for you. We have indeed a great little Province here and much to offer the discerning visitor. At Belleek we also play a positive role in promoting the great county of Fermanagh which is in the most westerly part of Northern Ireland. Thank you for visiting our Centre!
Dear WorkB4Play,It's always good to hear comments like yours after a visit to Belleek Pottery. I am sure you Mum enjoyed the trip and visit as well. Our tour guides do provide a very well informed tour and our guests are always encouraged to ask any questions along the way. We are one of only a handful of Companies nowadays that offer a fully guided tour of the complete manufacturing process where you can chat with the craftspeople and take a photo as well as seeing the production up close and personal!
