We've enjoyed every one of our visits to WKU the past two years, where our daughter is a sophomore. The Honors program is one of the best I've experiences, and I've been in higher education for 33 years.
Went back for homecoming and hadn't been there in several years. I was impressed! The campus has grown immensely but still stays student oriented. The campus is beautiful and well kept. Lots to see as you walk around and several museums and exhibits to see. The stadium was amazing and high quality.
We heard a beautiful vocal/choir performance at Van Meter Hall. WKU has a beautiful campus. The only problem is parking. Be prepared to walk up a hill, since the its the only way to reach the hall.
Parking was easy in the garages. The campus has had much construction lately and it's beautiful. The refurbished "DUC" has great places for a quick bite or coffee.
there for HS state football game, easy to find, easy to park but cost as expected for event. Helpful friendly staff. Concessions fair...ran out of a lot of items, hot dog dry on stale bun.
Western Kentucky has a beautiful campus. We had an issue locating where our meeting (prior to the game) was and everyone was willing and gracious to help!
Very easy to get to. The leaves and the view are wonderful. Very nice size school. Nice to be around the student union and the food at fresh is very good.
The college is on top of a hill overlooking the town. Great places to take pictures. Many students were crossing the streets during noon hour. Got to take pictures of professor Cherry.
Didn't get to walk around campus because it was new years day, but was able to drive around the campus and it is very clean and we liked how the dorms were all together and not so spread out over the grounds like some campus'
New building with ample parking and amenities. The food service is excellent if you plan to have an event in the building. The campus is beautiful and well kept.
