I remember coming here as a child living in Bushey in the 1960s - 70s. On a recent visit "Home" my curiosity got the better of me and I spent 30 mins walking around the garden. Memories came flooding back. The garden is a thing of beauty and it is a joy to see it restored to its former glory.Congratulations.
A lovely beautiful hidden oasis of calm worth a visit for up to an hour if you are in the area and adds to the charm of Bushey Village.
Calm and really nice space. Lots of local history too. Recently refurbished to a very high original spec
It is just off the High Road in Bushey. Quite easy to miss, but well worth a visit. Nicely laid out and well kept. No sign of vandalism, feels a safe, secluded place.
Every time I am walking through Bushey, I always take a moment to stop of at the rose garden. It is a peaceful area, with hundreds of variations of roses! Recommended for a great addition to your walk through Bushey!
This is a lovely garden in Bushey. In the summer there is an abundance of flowers. Just a lovely place to sit and relax
We really enjoyed our visit - even though it's off the High Street, it's really quiet inside worth so many mature plants and a water fountain. Well worth a visit
Hidden gem in the heart of Bushey. It has recently been redone, and now has a lovely fountain, grassy area, bandstand, and they often host garden parties. Really quaint and a favourite among locals.
Congratulations and thanks to all those involved in the restoration of this fabulous public garden. It really is a great little oasis of calm to go to and relax.
We always go through the Rose Gardens on our way home from the Bushey village, it is very peaceful and relaxing place, at this time of year it's a joy to watch all the plants opening up. If you want time to think or read a book this is the place to be...
