My sister came from Minneapolis and we were a little bit skeptical at first. The staff put us at ease and made the experience fun, hilarious and rewarding. The best attractions are definitely the tallest: the sky coaster- a 160 ft pendulum that swings you at 70mph over gorgeous views of the city and "Nothin But Net," by far the scariest ride with a 150ft free fall into a net wearing no cables or safety harnesses. The park became extremely busy at the end, and the manager Landyn was nice enough to offer us some of the videos at an amazing discount for our time waiting. It was no problem as we needed the extra time to process how much our minds had been blown.I've been to Busch Gardens, Six Flags Chicago and Dallas, and Cedar Point and this beats all of them hands down for adrenaline rushes and excitement.
Spent Valentine's Day at Zero Gravity last year in Dallas. Was the most fun V-Day I have ever had. Would definitely recommend for all occasions or just for something different to do.
Having travelled from England to stay in Dallas for a few days, we were really looking forward to Zero Gravity, especially nothing but net, so we're really disappointed that ride was not open. The three guys on duty on Friday 19th September were really great and made us feel really welcome, so a big thank you to them
We had an awesome experience. They customer service was great, the jumpmasters were hilarious, and we would definitely go back or recommend other people to go. Our favorite attraction was the NOTHING BUT NET. Thanks for an amazing time.
So half our party wanted to shop at the Galleria Mall and the other half (the male half) decided to give this a shot. We bought the two-ride pass and selected the SkyCoaster (superman glide thing) and after hearing all the screams of fear, we chose the SkyScraper (strap yourself to the end of the blade of a wind turbine and SPIN!).Anyway, both rides were an absolute blast with the SkyScraper being one of the most intense rides I've been on. The staff was great. They kept the lines short but paid very close attention to the safety aspects of the rides. I would have loved to done "Nothing but net" (a free fall into a net) but it had restrictions my 10yo son didn't meet.Would definitely recommend!
Firstly, I think this place is the perfect place for a first-time bungee jump for kids and adults. It really isn't that high and there is pretty much no risk of injury as far as I can tell. My husband did the bungee and enjoyed it. He reported that the employee at the top was fantastic. He was really nice, calm, and cool. He was able to give my husband the confidence to jump without being pushy or rushed. It's probably hard to convince people to jump without seeming manipulative or annoyed, but he did a great job.We also did the swing ride together. Whew! What a ride! Lots of fun once the ride is on its second swing. Pretty scary before take-off. Once you get the nerve to pull the cord, the ride feels like flying! I'd love to do this again sometime. We didn't do the other two rides, but the others at the park seemed to have fun.The less specialized employees, like the ticket sales people, were friendly, helpful, and answered all the questions we asked. But they weren't exactly bubbly amazing people. They seemed pretty bored. But that's fine at the ticket sales booth. No complaints. The employees that needed personality, had it. The guy at the top of the bungee was a fantastic employee. The two guys that rigged up our swing ride were thorough in their safety and explanations. They were friendly, but business-like. When one person wanted to back out at the last minute, they were courteous and encouraging. This was a fun little adventure for us. I think this would be a great date, kids outing, or kids birthday party. Especially since right across the street there is a Speedzone (arcade, go-karts, mini-golf).
This place was awesome. Thee absolute best staff here. I was so scared, but Theo helped me jump off. We got on the bungee jump, sky coaster and blast off. Will be back for more!
Excited to hear that you had such a good experience at our park! We take pride in our customer service and I am thrilled to hear that your kids enjoyed the staff. It adds to the experience rather than just having a "Ride Operator" taking your ticket and not interacting with our guests. Glad you were able to come out and it just means you'll have to come back once he's big enough to do the "Nothin' but Net"!
Staff was fabulous - super friendly and customer service-oriented. They explained each ride to our two children, who both picked the skyscraper and Texas Blast-off. At 11 and 14 they weren't quite brave enough for the other rides. Kids had an amazing time and this was the big excitement for our day trip to Dallas. It was totally worth it. It is a little pricey, but I think the memory it created was worth it. I also liked that they didn't try to rob you blind with cost of videos of the rides. It was a reasonable rate of like $14.00 for a CD, but we are Mac folks so we needed a USB drive, which was $6 more. And, each video of a ride after the initial video was just an additional $5. I think that's totally reasonable since most places totally try to rip you off with on-sight pictures/videos.
