I love to be able to reserve the seat of my choice for a movie, having a large family, this allows us not to have to arrive an hour before movietime so that we all get decent seats together. The food is avergage but way overpriced. I took just one of my children to a movie and the food bill was over $40. They even charge you for soda refills. Seats are great, reservations are convenient, but have plenty of room on your credit card if you plan to eat there
The movie was great, service was friendly and kind, but the food was terrible. I ordered the steak and shrimp bowl with rice and I felt like I was eating salt. We also ordered some fried foods with french fries, and they tasted bland like they were frozen before. The drinks are pretty good, but I would stay away from the main entrees.
I only give one star cause that's the lowest I can give the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. First they ruin a movie and give me passes to make up for it but when. I go to use them I am told either I drive to them 5 hour before the movie starts to redeem them or I buy the tickets and don't use the passes. Taylor the general manager and the rest of the staff could have just as easily blocked off the seats for us so we could redeem the passes. Then it was recommended that I use them another time it is less busy. Excuse me that not how it works, I should be able to use them when it was convenient for me as I was the one inconvenienced in the first pass. Final comment by Taylor was I am not doing anything for you have a nice day.
I had no idea what we were walking into when I took my son to the movies. You purchase your tickets at a kiosk and you better know how to choose seats or your in trouble. I chose seats that looked like they were next to one another when in fact they were in front of each other.....then they hand us a menu and by the time the movie was over I spent $60.00 PLUS A TIP AT A MOVIE THEATER. I think the price of tickets to see a movie is ridiculous to begin with but could you imagine spending what I did. you know how many movies we could have seen for $60!!! Never again will I go there.
I did not eat there, but the option to do so is interesting and the chairs are like first class airplane seats
Rating for food is 1, as a movie theater,a 4.The food is gross. Stick to popcorn and french fries at best. The service was good. The movie theater is very good as far as comfort. Comfortable seating and very roomy.I did enjoy drinking a beer while watching the movie.OK selection of beers. The sound system was vg.I would definitely return to see a movie, but hold off on the food.Come a little early and sit at the bar for a pre movie cocktail.
Let me first say that the service was awsome..staff attentive and helpful from the onset! This was our first time attending a dine in movie theatre and drove an hour to experience eating an entire meal while while watching a kid friendly movie. All was wonderful until I had to discuss allergy acceptable foods with the waitress in the dark! Chix fingers are almost always a safe choice nowadays especially from a kids menu. Imagine my disapointment when she said there have been recent changes and next to the allergen there was question mark! As if we would take the chance! After going back and forth with the kitchen manager, who by the way went out of her way to make this work, they agreed to make a grilled cheese peanut free lol...again, no problem with service..all great..but come on..are there still kids meals today with out an option to omit peanuts???
Its fun to visit this place once in a while. We enjoyed our movie while having food.Seating was very comfortable.
Very expensive. 5.00 for bottle of ice tea or soda.Popcorn was 7.25 for a small bag. It was very clean and lots of people to assist you.
I took my granddaughter to the movies there a few times, then my grandson,. The sound was too loud for him, and they were so nice and turned it down.It is a very nice theater, but I am not sure why you have to reserve seats a head of time.
