Course is beautiful and not too hilly. Club has a nice bar and restaurant.
The course is in great condition with ungulating greens that require carefull reads. Houses and trees line several fairways so careful if you tend to slice the ball. Loved the course.
.... If picking a golf course to play on wasn't challenging already.... Wow! If you are ever in the New Jersey Atlantic City area please consider putting this course on your to play list. Just magnificent! Nice amenities, a wonderful staff running the tee times and making sure you have a great day. Bring your camera the views are spectacular.... Plenty of local restaurants and locations to make it a couple getaway or family vacation as well...
Good course I play alot with my friends. Pace was good. clean greens. I have had alot of laughs on this course even played on The morning of my wedding days with frineds in feb. morning.
Course is well maintained..challenging but not impossible..being a senior I wish they would have prices that are comparable to other Courses...Most run specials in the Low $30.00s.

Harbor Pines Golf Club is located in Egg Harbor Township and one can enjoy a fabulous meal with the view of the golf course. The venue not only offers wedding and party packages but 3 course dinners, specials on appetizers and happy hour. Call before you go to determine whether there is an event going on as they may not be open for walk-ins.
Out of several courses we play in the Atlantic City area we have crossed Harbor Pines off the list. The fees are among the highest. The course condition was average at best. The greens had recently been aerated and were horrible. There was a slow group which caused continuous back ups. Where was the ranger? I think I should have been told about the greens and a discount should be offered for the poor greens condition.
Being in the area and wanting to try something new, we decided to go to Harbor Pines for dinner. It's a beautiful place and friends who have been on the golf course say it's great but we were disappointed that they don't serve dinners. We arrived around 6 and were the only ones in the place. It has a beautiful entrance way. The restaurant has a patio so you can eat outside if you'd like. Service was excellent but again we were the only ones there. The bar is limited and they only serve sandwiches. Now having said that....I had a burger which was overcooked but the flavor was very good. Hubby had the steak sandwich and said it was overcooked. If you are just looking to grab something quick to eat, you may want to give this place a try.
We come to AC every year and this is our group's favorite. Polite staff, great value, and most importantly exceptional course maintenance.
