This was very good entertainment. The course was very fun and very challenging. Not too many holes in one are happening here. There is a lot of waterfalls and wet areas so leave your good shoes at home. It is a heck of a climb to get to the front desk. I would definitely go there again. Fun and challenging.
I outstroked my husband by 5 strokes! Don't go if you can't climb stairs. Great family fare for both golfers and non-golfers.
Just golfed there 4 days ago and PLEASE don't go there! The water surrounding the golf course was full of gree, stagnant, horrible smelling water!!! The carpets on the greens were all mildewey and for this we paid $7.50 each. They even charged for our 2 year old Granddaughter to walk around with us! There are much better places to go than this!!!!
Very nice little course and in pretty good shape. We enjoyed our time. It was very very crowded after dinner and we had to wait at every hole, but we expcected that during a holiday week. The course was clean and well kept. Our tip to future guests is to remember bug spray. It was a bug bite type of night. I would play here again on the next trip.
When our son came to visit, we looked for a better mini golf course than our local one. This was about 1 hour away, but worth the drive. Very challenging course, though they do need to do something about the state of the water (pretty gross!). Some holes are par 3 - and you'll need the extra stroke! Do check with them about opening times; we were there Friday of Labor Day weekend and they didn't open till 3 p.m.
Mini putting was fantastic! Played during the day around 1pm and did not have to wait. Paid 14$ for one round (18 holes)1 adult and 1 child. Snack bar available, can accommodate birthday parties. AC inside. Restroom facilities clean.
The course was very interesting and challenging. I did not see any issues with stagnant water or mildew on the carpets and the place was well kept including some construction a couple of hours. All in all, it was a good time and worth the money.
My son always loves crazy golf! 18 holes, well laid out. The waterfalls and pond are a lovely feature.
It was a nice mini golf place. I'd read the reviews about the water being green and mildewy greens. The water is green, but on examination I think its suppose to be that way. No weird smells. Some of the greens had a little water on them from nearby waterfalls, but really no problem for us. There is alot of stair climbing but a little exercise didnt hurt us. Had a good time and would go again if in the area.
We vacation in Fernandina each summer and Island Falls is an annual highlight for our family - kids and adults alike!
