If you live at the beach in the summer or are just there for a visit and want to keep up with your fitness routine HipAHA Boot Camp on the beach in Fenwick and North OC is the place to go. Everyone is friendly, the workouts are creative, and you'll have fun while working out. It's a jam packed hour of warm-ups, strength and toning, and cardio. HipAHA will allow you to indulge in some of those vacation treats without guilt and will help you avoid the difficult re-entry most people suffer from if they don't keep up with their fitness while on vacation. I've participated all summer in the boot camp, yoga, and SUP(stand-up paddleboard) classes and it's been a blast.

What a great way to start the day! Great views while enjoying the sound of waves crashing. The instructor was great and they had mats for us. No matter what level everyone was made to feel welcome. I will do this again when returning to Fenwick!
