之前没来过菲力,我一直把它视为是一个巴特林斯露营度假村管辖的地方。我简直是错的离谱呀,这是一个非常漂亮的沿海小镇,可以在这儿惬意悠闲的散步。非常值得一来。
I have to say I am very biased about this as area as I live in the locale. Filey beach Is ideal for anyone of any age. Plenty of space and amenities for everyone. Very scenic walk unspoiled by the usual loud expensive establishments that surround the seaside. There are ,however enough small attractions to keep little one amused plus food and drink outlets to satisfy all.I have spent many hours with my grandchildren playing on the sands, having picnics with them and had great fun on the crazy golf. Both ends of the beach offer different pleasures one leading to Filey Brigg a great area for natural wildlife and the other end leads to a lovely childrens park and beautiful clifftop gardens.
A great beach to walk on or spend the day.Dogs welcome on beach put of season but alwaya welcome on filey brigg side.you can walk to Reighton Sands when tide out. In Filey itself next to beach there are plenty of cafes to get a cuppa or bite to eat and little shops for the kids to get buckets n spades.Good for an inexpensive day out if u spend day on beach.
Filey is a beautiful little spot on the coast. I've brought my (foreign)wife here many a time for coffee in one of the cafes down by the beach. Always in winter for some reason, not sure why. But never the less always stunning. It's just a gorgeous area. My wife loves it here. And I love seeing the delight in her face at the simple no nonsense Yorkshire coastline that Filey is proudly a part of.
What a glorious stretch of golden sand! Filey has a beautiful bay with endless sandcastle-making and fossil-hunting opportunities. Save yourself the airport queues and the flight to Spain!
最近我们在法利(filey)乘房车旅行,只要就机会我们和孩子就把车停在海边,海滩总是那么干净整洁,太喜欢这里了。
Fantastic 5 miles of sandy beach with unspoilt seaside promenade. If you want a traditional non-commercialised family beach holiday then this is the place. All amenities near by, including train and bus station, restaurants and shops all nearby.
Small town is full of good tearooms, but other than that seems mostly charity shops. Beach is down a steep slopecould be tricky for those with mobility problems. Worth it though, lovely long stretch of clean sand, you can walk a couple of miles. Just a few amusement arcades at one end,all in all quite a genteel place to visit
Beautiful day today and our dogs loved the beach. Most of beach closed to dogs from May to OctoberBeach clean and clear of litter apart from two cans which is impressiveNot many facilities open as out of season but toilets and cafes openWe walked along the Brig and back along the beach. Beautiful views to Flamborough and ScarboroughWe love this beach
A stroll along Filey beach in February cannot be beaten. If you venture up to the Brigg, be sure to leave a comment in the visitor's book! Very quiet, clean beach, with amazing views of the cliffs.
