Always go here on a Gatlinburg trip. We enjoy the wine and Amanda is great hostess and very well versed in wine. We had to spend an extra day because of weather and went back a second time and were greeted as old friends. Can't say enough good things
This winery is at the very end of Gatlinburg but well worth the time and effort to stop. Great wines. Free tastings. Some gift shop with wine accessories (very unique). Average price for a bottle of wine. Great wine. Be sure to stop.
Peggy懂得很多,教我们哪种奶酪与哪种红酒最搭配,她真不可思议!小店干净整洁,很受欢迎,我们下次还会再来。
We walked to Sugarland winery from our motel room. You are able to have sex wine tastings for free which is very unusual most wineries only let you have three or four. They had a Artisan Series wine that is only bottled 4 times a year. We look forward to going back soon.
We stopped in here as we decided to visit all 5 wineries on the local wine trail (you earn free wine glasses just for visiting all of them). We enjoyed our free tasting and found their wines to be to our liking. They are definitely on the sweeter side, which I know isn't for everyone. Ultimately, we left with a bottle of our favorite sample to take home.
We stopped here as one of the things we wanted to do on our NYE trip to Gatlinburg. It's nice but the wine is not good. It probably is just the area/soil and maybe we are wine snobs having visited Napa and Sonoma. It was also very pricey.
YUMMY, good stuff, we always do tastings where ever we go and this was a good one. Enjoyed it all and have recommended to others
We have to drive a little ways to get to this winery as it is on the eastern edge of Gatlinburg, just before you leave the city and enter the Park proper. But we really enjoy it. The thing that always catches my eye is the wine-glass chandelier hanging just to the left of the entrance. I really want to know how may wine glasses are used. This last visit we were hosted by Brittany. Not only was she friendly but she was knowledgeable about the wines being tasted. Not only that, but she went and got us a taste of cheese and we ended up buying a brick of it. (I know that was the purpose, but the other wineries didn't offer us any cheese). They also had some interesting stemmed wine glasses with different logos and one was for UK. Our son who graduated there is a pilot in the USAF and was deployed at the time and so we ended up buying a glass for him.The wines are very good and Brittany was really careful the way she packed what we bought so it would survive our drive home.
A group of friends and I went to this place originally to get a free corkscrew from a coupon we found in a magazine. BUT When we go there, they convinced us to do their free wine tasting and I'm so happy we agreed to do so! I do not like wine - at all. But the women helping us out, Brittany, gave us sweet wines that all of our group enjoyed! You get to try six different wines. She didn't push us to buy anything, and she made us aware of the Wine Trail that other wineries failed to mention. Brittany was an amazing hostess, so if you happen to stop in, ask for her! :D
Store is awesome just a little pricy. The wine tasting is as always fantastic. They have a great selection of wines and the service is always satisfying.
